Job Description
Career Tree HR Solutions is looking for an L2 Applications Support Engineer to provide technical support for business applications and assist in resolving application-related issues.
The selected candidate will work on application troubleshooting, system monitoring, incident resolution and technical support. The role involves working with application servers, databases, APIs and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level-2 technical support for business applications.
- Investigate and troubleshoot application-related incidents.
- Analyze application logs to identify technical issues.

- Support applications running on Windows and Linux systems.
