Job Description
BSP Gold & Diamonds is looking for experienced and customer-focused Jewellery Sales Associates to join its showroom team in Vijayawada.
The selected candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their jewellery requirements, explaining products and offers, supporting sales activities and maintaining a positive showroom experience.
This opportunity is suitable for candidates with previous experience in jewellery sales, retail sales or customer-facing sales roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery products.
- Explain product features, designs, pricing and available offers.
- Demonstrate jewellery products to customers.
- Provide professional and personalized customer service.
- Maintain attractive product displays in the showroom.
- Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers.
- Maintain customer information and sales records.
- Coordinate with showroom team members for smooth sales operations.
- Ensure proper handling and presentation of jewellery products.
- Follow company policies and showroom procedures.
Eligibility
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
- Candidates should have completed 12th standard or equivalent qualification.
- Experience in jewellery sales or retail sales is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-friendly attitude.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work towards sales targets.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a showroom environment.
